Content marked as public is accessible via Public URLs and may be indexed by AI systems.

User Responsibilities
| Lawful Use | Use the service only for lawful purposes |
| Account Security | Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for account activity |
| Prohibited Content | No illegal, harmful, or abusive content |
| API Usage | Don't abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the service |
Beta Terms
| Service Level | Provided "as-is" during beta; no uptime guarantees |
| Data Retention | Your data is not deleted arbitrarily, even when pricing changes |
| Terms Changes | Terms may evolve; significant changes will be communicated |
| Termination | Either party may terminate with reasonable notice |
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindly and Doribear Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently $0 during beta).
